Freelance Editor

A company seeks editors in various subject areas. These editors will be on a freelance basis. Subject areas include biosciences, medicine, pharmaceutical sciences, physical sciences, Earth sciences, engineering, and economics.

Qualifications include:

• over 5 years academic editing experience
• possess masters or doctorate degree from a reputed university
• experience in ESL writing and/or editing
• be a published author or have served on editorial board of a journal - a plus
• provide editing samples
• willing to take a short test

Location: Freelance

Compensation: TBD

We are looking for experienced editors to join our team. Please contact us if the following is true of you:

* I have over 5 years of experience in academic editing
* I hold a Doctorate or Masters degree from a reputed university
* I have experience in ESL (English as a second language) writing / editing
* I take deadlines very seriously
* I am a published author or have served on the editorial board of a journal (added advantage)
