Gig source
I think I shared this once before, but just in case...this has lots of virtual/freelance opportunities. I don't know what the success rate is in terms of getting gigs...but hey, it's worth a perusal. http://www.virtualvocations.com/

Looks useful!! Thank you, from Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Virtual Vocations is a paid membership site that "compiles" job ads from other sites. I have not tried it personally, but there are a lot of negative reviews on it. I'd be interested to hear about others' experiences with Virtual Vocations. It does seem like one of those "too good to be true" type of sites...
I use Virtual Vocations as a way to generate leads. I don't pay for the service but search for the same leads elsewhere to try to find the original. I get a few off there that seem worthy enough to post here.
Personally, I don't mind paying for a service (and I can deduct it, too) that does the search for me...and like Laura, you can poke around to generate leads. There are definitely legitimate jobs on this list. Anyway, I say go for it...unless, of course, you have so much work coming in you don't need any other leads.

I have tried it but I don't think it's worth the money. With a little searching you can find the same info. without paying a thing.
