Hi Tracey, I do some item writing also. Some companies that use freelance item writers include Northwest Evaluation Association (http://www.nwea.org) and Mometrix (http://www.mo-media.com/), among others. Keep checking our blog, we sometimes list item writing jobs here. Good luck! -Beth
