Reviewing the Educational Publishers List: Round 1

It's a good idea to review the list of educational publishers to see who is actively accepting freelance resumes. I've clicked through the first few to find a direct link to the contract/freelance page. Here's what I found:

• Academic Benchmarks
• Appingo
• Brown Publishing
• Crystal Springs Books (writers' guidelines, manuscript submission)
• Edgate Correlation (EdGate Staff tab, bottom of the page lists the project manager for each subject)

Happy browsing!

Educational Publisher - Crystal Springs Books

Today's highlight is an educational material publisher called Crystal Springs Books. This publisher focuses on material that teachers can use in the classroom. I know that most former teachers have boxes of material they've created over the years. It's like amputation to throw that material out when you are done in the classroom. Perhaps they are actually a gold mine. You can check out the writer's guidelines and see if it might work for you.
